为进一步落实访企拓岗促就业行动,黎明职业大学外语与旅游学院郑志明院长带领团队一行五人于5月31日前往泉州市三联机械制造有限公司进行校企洽谈合作,并举行了校企合作签约仪式。这一合作标志着黎大和三联机械在人才培养、学术交流和产学研合作方面开启了新的篇章。

In order to further implement the initiative of visiting enterprises to promote employment, a delegation of five people led by Zheng Zhiming, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages and Tourism at LimingVocational University, visited Quanzhou CitySanlianMachinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. on May 31st for school-enterprise cooperation negotiations, and a signing ceremony for the collaboration was held. This collaboration signifies a new chapter for LimingVocational University and Sanlian Machinery in terms of talent cultivation, academic exchange, and industry-academia research cooperation.

想要电机用的久,定期保养必须有!

一、润滑脂填加不当造成的危害

1、非定时定量填加

未定时定量填加润滑脂极易造成轴承由于润滑不良出现轴承损坏或者过热,更可能造成电机局部过热,联轴器过热烧毁,进而可能引发整机起火等事故。


2、填加非原厂润滑脂

不同型号的润滑脂不能混用,混用可能会引发化学反应导致润滑脂性能下降。轴承润滑脂要根据轴承转速、运转温度、是否降噪、负荷等工况来确定。如果有特殊要求,如耐高温、耐低温、高负荷、高转速,需要使用更高标准的润滑脂。

二、电机润滑脂填加周期

对螺杆式空压机而言,非免维护电机轴承,电机润滑脂填加周期为每运行2000h补充一次,补充量因电机不同而异,具体填加量需要参考电机铭牌,铭牌处详细给出了维护周期及填加润滑脂型号及用量。


三、润滑脂填加注意事项

在填加润滑脂前,需要检查电机排油道是否畅通,如果管路堵塞,将会造成轴承内润滑脂过多、摩擦力矩增大、温升过大过快、使轴承损坏,另外填加过多也容易造成线圈接触润滑脂造成短路,需要定时、定量填加。

此外,填加前还应检查加油口是否有异物及粉尘,防止填加时带入轴承内部降低润滑脂功效或造成轴承损坏。

填加完成后需要对电机轴承温度进行监控,一般电动机滚动轴承允许最高温度不超过95℃。如加油后短时间温升过高,则需要立即进行排油脂处理,往复多次,直至无废油排出温度维持稳定。


四、润滑脂的选用

因空压机型号不同对应电机润滑脂型号也不尽相同,需要选购与之匹配的润滑脂型号,切不可混用。
